All fishermen must have a valid Louisiana fishing license. Nonresidents may need a charter passenger license. Check current requirements with Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.
The archived FAQ says deposits are non-refundable and may be applied to a rescheduled trip. If canceled by the captain due to weather, the customer had one year to reschedule under the historic policy. Verify current terms before paying.
